Delivery & Unclaimed Orders Policy

At The Burger Joint, we take pride in serving fresh, high-quality food. To ensure a smooth delivery experience, please take note of our delivery and unclaimed order policy:

1. Delivery Time & Customer Availability

  • Customers must ensure availability at the selected delivery time.
  • Our delivery team will attempt to contact the customer via call and/or text upon arrival.
  • If the customer is unresponsive for 5 minutes, the delivery may be marked as unsuccessful.

2. Unclaimed Orders & Redelivery

  • If an order is not received due to the customer being unresponsive, it will be returned to the restaurant.
  • Once an order has been prepared and delivered to the specified location, it is considered fulfilled and non-refundable.
  • Redelivery requests for unclaimed orders are not allowed for food safety and quality assurance reasons.

3. Emergency Exceptions

We understand that unexpected emergencies may occur. If a customer is unable to receive their order due to an emergency, they must:

  • Notify us as soon as possible via +63 967 298 0197 before or shortly after the scheduled delivery time.
  • Provide a valid reason for the missed delivery.

Depending on the situation, we may:

  • Offer a one-time courtesy redelivery, subject to availability.
  • Issue a partial discount on a future order as a goodwill gesture.

Requests made hours after the scheduled delivery may not be accommodated due to food safety concerns. Decisions will be made on a case-by-case basis at the restaurant’s discretion.

4. No Refunds for Missed Deliveries

  • Orders that were successfully attempted for delivery but were not claimed cannot be refunded.
  • Customers are encouraged to double-check their provided contact details and be available during the selected delivery time.
